Actually it isn't to hard to split everything out, and especially with 10 since you will just divide it up by tens instead of having the tight up people wanting every cent they need, if you have any of those in your group. But the board game sounds kinda cool, and multiplayer thing about it will make me want it even more, just add a chat room to that thing and you have endless fun.

Your other post had too many replies so I'll comment here. Doing minigames as a sortof collab might be hard if your entering it into a contest. Like, if you won, but 10 other people helped out, it would be a pain figuring out how to split it all up.
Still, teaming up with someone is probably a good idea, you work on the main game and they pump out a bunch of minigames, like Wario Ware type games.
Anyway, sounds awesome, cant wait to play it.
